Product Details

This handle is designed to fit Yoshihiro Kiritsuke knives. Kiritsuke knives combine traits of a gyuto and a yanagi in one all-purpose blade.

This handle has a dark wood body with a Turquoise Blue banded section near the collar, set off by thin white striping. It has no separate bolster piece, so the color changes happen along the body of the handle itself rather than at a joint.

It's built in the traditional octagonal Japanese handle shape and is available for blade lengths of 7" (180mm), 8.25" (210mm), and 9.5" (240mm). This listing is for the handle only; the knife blade is sold separately.
