This one-of-a-kind Yoshihiro Kasumi Deba knife features exclusive hand-etched designs using pure gold, elevating it beyond the functional to a true work of art. This knife displays Mt. Fuji with the rising sun made of Gold.

With an impressive blade length of 300mm (11.8"), this Deba knife is larger than typical versions, giving it the power to butcher and filet whole fish, including cutting through heads and bones with ease.
